Hullo my fine LOTRO players.
Hmmm.....where to start.....well, my 'current' main is a 23 hobbit hunter, Sablegard. He's been fun so far but i do have 2 alts as well; Nhogrim, 16 champion; Solthalion, 9 RK. My daughter was invited to the Kin first and enjoyed the atmosphere here. Her main toon is Ialdeth, 40 LM. We are recent longtime WoW players although we have played LOTRO shortly after it released. My wife and other daughter also played WoW and LOTRO. Sadly, my ladies thougth LOTRO was too slow compared to WoW and returned to familar ground. I was content with it, considering i had waited for this game for a long time. However, after playing LOTRO for a few months i conceded to return to WoW. I am glad to be back in LOTRO and experiencing the interactive feel with the storyline that i have so enjoyed most of my life. Admittedly, i am a major Tolkien fan and have read any available material concerning the history of Middle Earth. Please don't consider me a LOTRO nerd, i am nothing close to that. Finally, i am a longtime gamer. It all started with 'Pong'. Bet Cru remembers 'Pong'. That should give you a good idea of my general age. Even though i am an admitted gamer, i am not a hardcore player. My motto is, "i pay to play". If gaming starts to feel like work then i won't play. Of course i enjoy having fun with other players and am always willing to help out the group. It has always been about the fun. Life has always had enough problems and hassles. Gaming by it's very nature shouldn't. Hopefully, you have a better understanding of myself now. Hopefully, we can have some enjoyable adventures together and share some laughs and fun times.
