Chilling Rhetoric obtainable at level 4 Induction: 0.5 sec Slows your enemy and does slight frost damage. Damage to the enemy will return their speed.
Essence of Winter obtainable at level 18 Induction: 1.5 sec AOE skill that does frost damage to your enemy. Lowers your enemy's incoming healing and increases their skill power cost.
Flurry of Words obtainable at level 40 Induction: 2 sec AOE skill that deals frost damage over time and reduces your enemy's evade chances.
Frozen Epilogue obtainable at level 32 Induction: 30 sec AOE skill that deals frost damage and applies effects of writ of cold and essence of winter to the area infront of you. Reduces incoming healing, increases power cost, attack duration, and skill induction.
Writ of Cold obtainable at level 12 Induction: 0.8 sec Deals frost damage, can be tiered up to three times. Increases skill inductions and attack duration.
Fury of Storm set
Ceaseless Argument obtainable at level 2 Induction: immediate Deals lightning damage, increases fury of storm critical hit chance, reduces fury of storm power cost. If the class trait Harsh Debate is equipped there is a 15% chance of increasing skill damage.
Epic conclusion obtainable at level 20 Induction: immediate Deals high lightning damage, increases fury of storm critical hit chance, increases power cost by 50% for 10 sec.
Essence of Storm obtainable at level 12 Induction: immediate Deals lightning damage, increases fury of storm critical hit chance, decreases fury of storm power cost.
Scribe's Spark obtainable at level 1 Induction: immediate Deals lightning damage, increases fury of storm critical hit chance, decreases fury of storm power cost. When the class trait Thunderous Words is equipped there is a 15% chance to apply +1800 target all skills resist rating.
Shocking Words obtainable at level 6 Induction: immediate Deals lightening damage with 7% to stun.
Vivid Imagery obtainable at level 56 induction: immediate AOE stun attack. When the legendary trait Perfect Imagery is equiped it will increase your fury of storm critical hit chance.
The Middle Path set
Armour of ________ obtainable at level 10 induction: immediate Depending on what type of elemental stone you have equipped this skill will cover your body with elemental armour. armour of storm will apply a 30% chance of a 5 sec daze against melee attacks, and increases your lightning resistance. armour of flame will apply a damage over time fire based skill against melee attackers, and increase your fire resistance. armour of winter will reduce your enemy's frost defence against melee attackers.
Calming Verse obtainable at level 26 induction: 1.5 sec Reduces your threat from both damage and healing.
Distracting Winds obtainable at level 30 induction: immediate distracts your enemies causing them to focus less on you. Also reduces target run speed.
Final Words obtainable at level 52 induction: immediate interrupts inductions and removes up to 3 corruption effects from the target.
Nothing Truly Ends obtainable at level 20 induction: 5 sec Out of combat resurrection of a defeated ally.
Self Motivation obtainable at level 14 induction: 1.5 sec This skill returns power to yourself.
Shocking Touch obtainable at level 8 induction: immediate Single target daze.
Weapon of ________ obtainable at level 34 induction: immediate Depending on what type of elemental stone you have equipped this skill will make you or an ally's melee weapon reduce a foe's elemental defence. Lightning for lightning, fire for fire, and frost for frost.
Visions and Foretellings set
Do not Fall this Day obtainable at level 50 induction: immediate In-combat revive of an ally. This skill must be applied just before an ally's defeat.
Do not fall to __________ obtainable at level 46 induction: 1.5 sec Depending on what type of elemental stone you have equipped this skill will absorb the next elemental attack. Lightning for lightning, fire for fire, and frost for frost.
Fall to ____________ obtainable at level 8 induction: immediate Depending on what type of elemental stone you have equipped this skill will reduce your enemy's resistance to that element. Lightning for lightning, fire for fire, and frost for frost.
The blade will not Wound obtainable at level 40 induction: 1.5 sec When applied the next wound based attack will remove a pre existing wound. This skill can not be used at the same time as The fang will not Poison skill.
The Fang will not Poison obtainable at level 44 induction: 1.5 sec When applied the next poison based attack will remove a pre existing poison. This skill can not be used at the same time as The blade will not Wound.
Words of Grace set
All Fates Entwinded obtainable at level 54 induction: immediate The runekeeper will take 10% of the fellowship's damage, and resist 10% of all incoming damage. Damage will not interrupt your inductions.
Epic for the Ages obtainable at level 38 induction: 4.5 sec Single target healing skill
Essay of Exaltation obtainable at level 42 induction: immediate Your fellowship gains the effects of Words of Exaltation as well as a powerful heal over time. After use this skill will cause all healing attunement skills to increase the power by 50% for 10 sec.
Glorious Foreshadowing obtainable at level 58 induction: 1.5 sec Increases incoming healing on target.
Mending Verse obtainable at level 10 induction: 2 sec small heal over time that stacks with itself.
Prelude to Hope obtainable at level 1 induction: immediate small heal over time that can be used on the move.
Rousing Words obtainable at level 22 induction: 6.5 sec Fellowship heal over time during induction.
Rune of Restoration obtainable at level 4 induction: 1.5 sec A stone that heals your fellowship over time. A runekeeper may only have one stone active at a time.
Words of Exaltation obtainable at level 28 induction: immediate Greatly reduces your target's incoming damage. Lasts 2 seconds longer for every tier of Writ of Health on target.
Writ of Health obtainable at level 16 induction: 0.8 sec Heal over time based skill that can be tiered up to three times.
Wrath of Flame set
Distracting Flame obtainable at level 60 induction: 1 sec Distracts enemies, reduces threat over time, and deals a fire based damage over time skill.
Essence of Flame obtainable at level 36 induction: 3 sec Deals a fire based damage over time skill. The damage increases for every tier of Writ of fire on target.
Fiery Ridicule obtainable at level 1 induction: 3 sec Deals a fire based stackable damage over time.
Scathing Mockery obtainable at level 24 induction: 3 sec AOE fire based attack that deals damage over time.
Smouldering Wrath obtainable at level 40 induction: 8 sec Fire based skill that deals damage over time during the induction period.
Writ of Fire obtainable at level 14 induction: 0.8 sec Fire based damage over time skill that can be tiered up to three times.

Solitary Thunder set
Thunderous Words obtained by: Striking with Scribe's spark 125 times Scribe's spark has a 15% chance of putting the Thunderous Words buff on you. This buff increases tactical resistance.
Harsh Debate obtained by: Striking with Ceaseless argument 750 times Ceaseless Argument has a 15% chance of putting the harsh debate buff on you, which increases tactical damage.
Closing Remarks obtained by: Striking with Epic conclusion 150 times. Epic conclusion deals 50% more damage for each of the Thunderous words and Harsh debate buffs currently active. Cooldown on EC is also decreased.
Tale of Storm obtained by: Striking with Fury of Storm skills Fury of storm skills have a chance to apply the charged runes buff on you, which increases the critical hit chance and decreases power cost.
Winder Storm obtained by: Use fury of storm or chill of winter skills 500 times Fury of storm skills have a chance to stun enemies under the effects of writ of cold.
Icy Discourse obtained by: Striking with chilling Rhetoric 500 times Chilling Rhetoric will leave a 30% slow on foes
Confounding Principles obtained by: Striking with shocking touch 125 times Shocking Touch dazes for 5 seconds more, also reduces shocking touch resist rating.
Master of Tragedy obtained by: 500 critical hits with fury of storm skills Increases base tactical critical rating
Cleansing Fires set
Conflagration of Runes obtained by: Strike with fiery ridicule 375 times Firery Ridicule deals 40% addition damage if target has any other wrath of flame effects on it.
Writ of Blazing Fire obtained by: strike with writ of fire 250 times Writ of fire will now tier down instead of dispelling. Cooldown is decreased.
Scathing Retort obtained by: strike with smouldering wrath 200 times Smouldering wrath reduces target's fire mitigation.
Tale of Rage obtained by: Strike with wrath of flame skills 500 tmes Wrath of flame skills have a chance to put the Enflamed runes buff on you, which can stack up o five times. Each buff increases fire damage by 3%.
Frost Burn obtained by: strike with writ of fire or writ of cold 200 times Enemies struck by writ of cold will have the duration of your writ of fire effects refreshed. This will not increase the writ of fire tier.
Overflowing Confidence obtained by: Use self motivation 350 times Self motivation now puts the motivated buff on you, which reduces skill cost.
Linnod of Subtlety obtained by: Use calming verse 350 times Calming verse has it's duration increased, reduces threat generation from damage, and increases runekeeper skill namage
Master of Connotation obtained by: Have your battle skills resisted 500 times Reduced change of target resisting skills.
Benedictions of Peace set
Memorable Prose obtained by: use mending verse 250 times mending verse will increase the max. morale of it's target by 15 seconds
Writ of Well-being obtained by: Writ of health will tier down instead of dispelling.
Author of Exaltation obtained by: Use word of Exaltation 500 times Word of Exaltation protects against 10% more damage and lasts 5 more seconds.
Terse Narrative obtained by: Use epic for the ages 350 times Epic for the ages will apply Prelude to Hope, takes less time to use and has it's recovery time removed.
Rune of Endurance obtained by: Use rune of restoration 125 times Rune of restoration heals 30% more
The Prophetic Word obtained by: Use visions and foretellings skills 250 times All visions and Fortelling skills recover 20% faster

LEGENDARY SKILLS AND TRAITS
Steady Hands obtained by: Completing the book Whispers in the Dark Gives skill Steady Hands. induction: 1.5 sec On use attunement is brought back to a steady state. Skills will cost no power for 15 sec and the runekeeper can not be silenced.
Mystifying Flame obtained by: Complete the epic deed The mines of Moria, volume II, books I-VI Must have 5 class traits in Cleansing Fires set slotted Upgrades your Distracting Flame skill. Distracting flame now almost fully draws your enemy's attention from you. Damage is increased, foes have reduced tactical resistance.
You shall Fall To our Wrath obtained by: Completing the book Thunder and Flame Gives skill Fall to our Wrath target has reduced tactical resist rating and a 10% chance to recieve a powerful attack.
Wonderous Foreshadowing obtained by: Complete the class quest Secrets Long Forgotten Glorious foreshadowing will now affect all in your fellowship instead of a single target. Must have 5 traits in Benedictions of Peace set slotted.
That which does not Kill Us obtained by: Complete the class quest Deep secrets of Rune-craft Gives skill That which does not kill us. Induction: 1.5 sec Allies regain morale over time and will revieve a powerful heal over time the next time they are struck.
Perfect Imagery obtained by: Read the book 'On the patterns of Wind and Rain' given by the Iron Garrison Guards of Moria Upgrades your Vivid imagery skill to Perfect Imagery. Induction: immediate Increases your critical hit chance for all fury of strom skills. Dazes longer, deals more damage, recovers faster.
Martial Training obtained by: completing the book Golu O Maeth Increases melee damage, increases base melee critical rating, increases maximum morale and power, and increases in combat power regen.
OF EPIC CONCLUSION
Aaah yes, Epic Conclusion. The name itself makes Creeps of the Ettenmoors shake in their boots. But then why, you may ask yourself, is my Epic conclusion only dealing 500 damage?! The secret is all in the timing and in the traits. The traits that you should have slotted to make the most of your EC is as follows: Thunderous Words for the Thunderous Words buff which reduces your target's tactical resistance Tale of Storm for the charged runes buff which increases the critical hit chance Harsh debate for the Harsh debate buff which increases your tactical damage Closing Remarks which allows EC to deal 50% more damage for any of the afore mentioned buffs active Master of Tragedy which increases your base tactical critical rating
You should also have a lightning based stone equipped for the skill "fall to storm" The next thing you need to do is watch. Watch for the buffs to appear before you use EC. You do not need all of the buffs to be present, but the more there are the higher your EC damage will be. A quickly placed Fall to storm and Fall to our wrath will also help up the damage.
Epic conclusion has a nasty habit of making every skill you use after it cost twice as much in power for 10 seconds, so make sure that the time that you choose to use it isn't during a time when you will need to conserve your power.
